Trebuchet are the Data Controllers of any personal data submitted via this Website. We will store, process and/or otherwise use such personal data to:

Trebuchet will not share personal data with third parties, unless (i) required by law or regulation; (ii) required by a reinsurer, as part of a request for claims information; or (iii) you have given your express prior consent.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
